Core training

After having my baby I found it hard to become motivated about fitness, I struggled to lose my baby weight and felt tired and un-motivated. I decided enough was enough and contacted Mike about personal training and I have not looked back. Mike is a great personal trainer and very supportive, we met initially to set my goals and discuss my aim's.

The Personal training with Mike has been great, I feel more energised, stronger and best of all fitter. I have also started the Boxercise class mike runs, it is hard but great fun and a good way to keep fit and relieve life's daily stresses.

It has changed my life and I love it and even look forward to my next training session.
