I have been working with Michael for 3 years including the run up to Beijing 2008, where I won a gold medal. Michael got me in the best condition for this. He is a hard worker and can adapt to each individuals needs, Michael is a good time keeper and is always reliable. He is good at pushing you to produce your max effort.

My trainer Michael is just fantastic. He’s friendly and experienced in what he does. I started training with Michael two years ago and I weighed in at a massive 19 stone, he sat me down and we went through what my goals were - losing weight and toning up. I must admit he put me through my paces but he never let me give up and two years on I am weighing in at 14.8 stones and feel the healthiest I have ever felt. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends as he will get you the results that you want. P.S PAIN IS JUST THE WEAKNESS LEAVING YOUR BODY!!

I go every week to Michael’s boxercircuits class and it's the first and only class that I look forward to! He really motivates you and pushes you to work to the best of your ability. He always checks that you are doing each exercise correctly rather than just leaving you to it, even when there is a big class. I am already feeling the benefit of the classes. I have also had personal training with Michael, he makes exercise fun and pushes you very hard with varied and excting training sessions

YMCA qualified Portsmouth based Personal Trainer with 6 years experience gained at the University of Portsmouth. I have trained many clients and helped them to achieve their goals, including a client who gained a gold medal at Beijing 2008 Paralympics. I am currently training a client to ascend Everest.
