A year ago I was a very unfit and overweight 55 year old who struggled to climb a flight of stairs or to walk any distance without having to stop for breath. However just a year later I am approaching 8 stone lighter and actively enjoy long walks and choose to use the stairs wherever possible. My blood pressure has been described as "perfect" and my cholesterol is way below safe limits. This has been achieved by a combination of following a healthy eating plan and my regular work outs with Michael.

Michael is an excellent motivator who gauges the type and level of exercise in such a way as to not make you feel overwhelmed but still pushes you enough to help you achieve week on week improvement. Personally this is by far the best way for me to get fit as there is no travel time involved or gym subscriptions to worry about.

Michael really knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone whatever their age or current fitness levels. I can honestly say that I feel like a new woman and my much improved fitness is enabling me to enjoy many activities that were once difficult or that I would have actively avoided.
